Deadline calculator
Modelo 149 deadline calculator
The Beckham regime must be elected within 6 months of the date that starts the clock. Enter that date and see the exact due date, the days you have left and what that means for your case.
Not your arrival, not your contract signature, not your empadronamiento. If you are not registered yet, enter the planned date.
The calculation runs in your browser. The date you enter is not sent anywhere.
How the 6 months are counted
- ▸ Six months date-to-date from the trigger date: a registration on 10 March gives 10 September as the last day. If the month has no such day, the last day of that month applies.
- ▸ The clock starts with the Social Security registration or the certificate of coverage, not with arrival, the contract, the NIE or the visa.
- ▸ The deadline is preclusive: a late Modelo 149 is rejected without assessing the rest of the case.
- ▸ Spouse and children under 25 each have their own 6-month window, counted from their own trigger date.
