1. Purpose of this website

This website (the “Site”) provides information about the legal and tax services offered by Beckham Law Agency (the “Firm”), interactive tools to estimate the potential impact of the Spanish impatriate regime (art. 93 LIRPF, the “Beckham Law”), and a system for booking consultations.

2. Professional rules

The Firm’s legal services are provided by lawyers admitted to practice in Spain; the bar-registration details will be published in this notice before the Site operates commercially. The profession is governed, among other rules, by the Spanish Legal Profession Statute (Royal Decree 135/2021) and the Code of Conduct of the Spanish legal profession, available from the Consejo General de la Abogacía Española (www.abogacia.es).

3. Terms of use

Access to and browsing of the Site is free of charge and implies acceptance of this legal notice. Users agree to use the Site, its tools and its contents in good faith and in accordance with the law, and not to use them for unlawful purposes, to harm the rights of third parties, or to interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

4. No legal or tax advice

The contents of the Site — including the savings tables, the calculator and the eligibility check — are provided for general information and illustration only. They do not constitute legal or tax advice, and no professional relationship (lawyer–client or otherwise) is created by accessing the Site or using its tools. A professional relationship is created only by the Firm’s express written acceptance of an engagement.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Unless otherwise indicated, the contents of the Site (texts, design, source code, logos and graphics) belong to the Firm or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation for commercial purposes without the Firm’s prior written authorisation is prohibited. Legislative texts referenced on the Site (e.g. art. 93 LIRPF) are in the public domain.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site embeds third-party services — in particular the Cal.com scheduling widget used to book consultations and the Google Fonts service — and may contain links to external websites. The Firm does not control those services or sites and accepts no responsibility for their content or for their processing of personal data, which is governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Liability

The Firm works to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the Site, and, to the extent permitted by law, accepts no liability for damages arising from the use of the information published on it. 8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory jurisdiction rules protecting users acting as consumers.
